Caledon is very much the man in charge and doesn't respect women that disagree. Feminism? Hell no! Caledon believes that a woman belongs at home, looking after the household while the man handles the business affairs. He expects his future wife to follow this, but is very unaware that she (Rose) has her own ideas. He chalks her free-spirit up to childishness and overlooks it, saying that once they are married it will be different. If not, he will certainly put her in her place. Yes, he'll even resort to physical violence if need be.
General Character Traits:
Caledon is not used to people saying no to him and doesn't take kindly to people that do. He's been raised with the best of everything and as he slowly comes into the fortune of his father's company, his expectations only grow. He is under a lot of pressure as well and because of this gets very short-tempered. Don't get me wrong, he does have a gentle side, but it's not something one sees a lot of. It's most often witnessed amongst company after a few drinks and light jokes.
